All orders placed before 12 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after that time are dispatched within 24 hours directly from our atelier in Portugal.

1. Where are Velle® pieces made?
All Velle® creations are designed and crafted in Portugal, combining artistic direction with meticulous craftsmanship to ensure timeless quality.
2. How can I return or exchange my order?
You can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that personalized items, such as those with activated V-Tags, cannot be returned.
3. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12 p.m. are prepared and shipped after 14 days. Orders placed after that time are dispatched within 17 Days, directly from our atelier in Portugal.
4. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, while express delivery takes 3–6 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our atelier.
5. What is the V-Tag, and how does it work?
The V-Tag is your piece’s digital identity — a personalized NFT tag that connects you to exclusive content, authenticity certificates, and the story behind your creation.
