Velle® Care Guide

Your Velle® garments are crafted with the finest materials and exceptional attention to detail. To preserve their beauty and longevity, we recommend the following care guidelines:

1. Washing & Cleaning

  • Always check the care label before washing.

  • Preferably, hand wash in cold water or use a gentle cycle on your washing machine.

  • Use mild, pH-neutral detergents—avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

  • Wash dark and light colors separately.

2. Drying

  • Avoid tumble drying to maintain fabric integrity and shape.

  • Lay flat to dry on a clean surface or hang in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.

  • Avoid wringing the fabric; gently press out excess water.

3. Ironing & Steaming

  • Use a low to medium heat setting when ironing.

  • For delicate fabrics, use a pressing cloth to avoid direct contact with the iron.

  • Steaming is recommended for fabrics like silk, cotton blends, and wool to remove wrinkles gently.

4. Storage

  • Store your garments in a cool, dry place.

  • Fold knitwear and heavy garments to maintain their shape; hang shirts, jackets, and coats on padded hangers.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat to prevent fading or damage.

5. Special Care for Knits & Premium Fabrics

  • Avoid frequent friction and rough surfaces to prevent pilling.

  • Rotate usage of delicate pieces to extend longevity.

  • For Sea Island Cotton, Pima Cotton, or other luxury fabrics, consider professional cleaning for stubborn stains or deep cleaning.

6. Accessories & Hardware

  • Keep metal details, zippers, and embellishments dry and clean.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water to prevent discoloration or tarnishing.

7. Repair & Support

  • For repairs or garment support, please contact our support team at info@velle.site. We provide guidance to ensure your Velle® pieces remain in perfect condition.

8. Sustainability Reminder

  • Caring for your Velle® garments properly not only maintains their beauty but also reduces waste and contributes to a more sustainable fashion cycle.
